Sorry for the delay in checking the but I am also -1 binding as I can’t verify
the signature and teh disclaimer is missing.
I checked:
- incubating in name
- while sha512 is correct it looks like the signature is missing from the KEYS
file
- DISCLAIMER is missing
- LICENSE looks fine (but I
-1 (non-binding)
I give -1 because the DISCLAIMER-WIP or DISCLAIMER file don't exist.
I checked
[OK] LICENSE and NOTICE files exist
[OK] Include the word incubating in the release file name.
[OK] Hashes are fine
The DISCLAIMER-WIP file or DISCLAIMER file don't exist
I import the keys and check Sig

Hi,
It is also a little odd that the graduation process (including the vote on the
dev list) is being driven by someone who is not on the PPMC of the project. Is
there any reason for this?
