The schedule is intended to be about reporting the the month/quarter prior to the reporting month by codlings, however the podling part is, albeit a quite important step, not very well catered for. The schedule focuses on mentor (as if they were outside of the podlings community) and Incubators

My points are: 1. mentor review and sign-off steps are part of the podling's reporting step, and 2. give podlings to start their step after the end of the period, instead of before the end it The suggestion I made earlier provides 2, while at the same time giving shepherds and I-PMC
