We don't recommend using author tag any more. The remaining author tags in
these codes can also be removed.
I'd suggest fixing these issues and start a new release vote.

My -1 vote is not a veto and other IPMC members may vote +1. You can of
course decide not to wait and make anther release. Did any of your mentors
vote on this release?
Re [2] the ASF generally doesn't like author tags, the code belongs to the
community not an
+1 (binding)

From the records it seems like they missed the last time but I don’t see them

I know that Tamaya is late (we discussed that already today off-list) and I
sent multiple mails to the list the last 2 days but got no response yet.
They are currently in the process of doing a release we had some issues in
first rc but things should be fixed soon, so I really hope
