IMO the main thing to be careful about is to not look at committership from the traditional organizational structure approach. Committership is a means to an end (modifying code) but we are also interested in getting that person become actually be committed to the project and care about it and have

I think the title of the name change is a little misleading. We are not Replacing 'Lucene' with 'Apache' . Apache is a given. IOW - The proposal is either: Change "Apache Lucene Connectors Framework" to "Apache Connectors Framework" or: Change "Lucene Connectors Framework" to "Connectors Fram

Imo this also depends if someone has already contributed heavily to the project or had almost no impact at all. If he contributed lots of things and did a good work in the past, then I'd say we should keep him on the list. But if he haven't really contributed to the project I'd be +1 for removi
