 All,

In the last incubator report, Sirona was marked as having an incomplete

we thinking the report should be expected again or accepted as is?

Does the incubator have the concept of not accepting a podling's report?

I'm the one who categorized Sirona under Report incomplete in the Summary
of podling reports section:

  * Report incomplete

  Sirona

I honestly thought Sirona's report was a work in progress when I did that
because several sections had been left blank.

So I wonder what sort of administrative stuff is missing?...

It's not administrative stuff that's missing. The problem is that until
Matt filed his Shepherd review, there was literally nothing in the report
describing the state of the Sirona community.

The following sections were left empty:

* `Three most important issues to address in the move towards
graduation:`
* `How has the community developed since the last report?`
* `When were the last committers or PMC members elected?`

(The full report is pasted below my sig for reference.)

The Board consistently follows up after TLPs who neglect to answer that last
question. If the Incubator teaches that such reports are acceptable, I don't
think it's doing a very good job because such reports are unlikely to be
acceptable to the Board.

However, when I flagged Sirona in the draft report review thread, nobody
responded. In the absence of IPMC consensus that Sirona's report was
unacceptable, I opted to defer to the Sirona Mentors who signed off and did
not pursue the matter further.

And that's where I think we leave things regarding the subject of this thread,
Should Sirona be monthly?: Sirona should not be required to report next
month, in deference to its Mentors.

Lewis,

It looks like there were a few things called out.

- Identify a champion (looks like you did already)
- Solicit support from mentors.

It looks like those are the only two open issues. Benedikt cannot be
listed as a mentor, as mentioned previously (unless I'm missing an email),
but feel free to include him as a PPMC member/commons representative (would
be more accurate than listing under mentor from my POV.. unless he's
interested in helping out the incubator and shows off his skills quick
enough [PS - looking for shepherds for next month's report]).

If you need a hand, I'd be happy to throw my hat in with you and Rob (I'm
jumping at Marvin's note about low maintenance).

  Shepherd/Mentor notes:

Matthew B. Franklin (mfranklin):

Lot's of code is being committed to the project, but mostly by a
  couple of
developers. There also does not appear to be much discussion on the
  list
in last period, likely due to the low number of developers.

I recommend the podling focus on increasing the size and
 participation
  of
the community as one of the issues to address prior to graduation.

Hi Folks,
I've read through the commentary on the recent [DISCUSS] thread for Commons
RDF [0].
It is not clear to me what the outcome was really... can anyone else
provide a fresh insight as to where this proposal is going and what is
required to progress it from status draft to status proposal?
Thanks in advance

Sergio is out for a bit, back soon. Since there is no rush (?), no one
has rushed ...

I'll be out for a couple of weeks. But my colleagues in the proposal

someone will have jumped in and we can move forward with the formal
