I checked the following.

- Incubating in name.

- PGP Signatures.

- SHA512 Checksums.

- DISCLAIMER exists.

- LICENSE and NOTICE are fine.

- SBT compile passes (SBT 1.4.3 AdoptOpenJDK Java 1.8.0_252 ) on MacOS.

[CALL FOR MENTORS] Daffodil Would Like a Third Mentor

Daffodil is a stable podling that knows how to follow the Apache Way. IMO they 
only need a little more community growth in order to graduate.

There are only two mentors. The podling is struggling to get third VOTEs from 
the IPMC on releases.

Are there any IPMC members that would like to volunteer to mentor Daffodil and 
VOTE?
