because the Maven groupId is using org.netbeans as prefix instead of
org.apache.netbeans, and there is no need to keep using org.netbeans for
this *new* artifact.
I've already raised and discussed this on the Netbeans dev@ list were we
agreed that it is better to cancel the vote

The NetBeans incubating community has approved the release of Apache
NetBeans parent pom. Vote thread is here [1] and the result is 5 +1 ([2]).
This is a small artefact that put together the basic information for the
"Apache Maven world" so artefacts under Apache NetBeans (incubating) we
