Correct, we specifically made this change (from foo.incubator.a.o to foo.a.o) so that we would not have to migrate mailing lists after graduation, which used to be a very cumbersome task. The exception would be git repository names and svn dist paths. FYI, I removed 'incubator' from the project status template [1]. In Baremaps we concluded that we wanted the shorter URL and email addresses that would survive into graduation.
