Ant uses 2 secs on windows and 1 sec on Unix as a heuristic. It is
not correct (it depends on the filesystem, not the OS[1]) but a good
guess in most cases.

The big regression test named Gump didn't see issues and my test
running Ant's regexp tests all passed as well.
