Could you provide the url of the page that has the bad link?
The issue is that 2 pages were pointing to that url, but there is not
meant to be anything at that address yet, so the fix was to change the
links to point to cvs, namely:
http://cvs.apache.org/viewcvs/jakarta-commons-sandbox/io/
