I took the liberty and change the remark on top of news-q3 that Q4
starts on Oct 1st, not Sep 1st... :-)

By the way, I can't find the SVN commit message for your change
(r278696) - mine came through OK (r278728), and I am seeing other
changes to jakarta/site mailed to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
