Nope, not yet. Jim added in a bunch of received iCLAs on 7/14, and Brian's 
was not amongst them. You might want to ask him to fax it again, in case 
it got lost somehow.

It was posted, rather than faxed. I don't believe the US post is that
slow is it??

Not usually. ;-) You might want to e-mail Jim. All I can tell you is that 
Brian's name isn't in the iCLAs file, and it didn't get added and then 
accidentally removed. Beyond that, I have no clue. For all I know, Jim 
might not have picked up from the PO box for a while, the CLA could be 
lying on his desk, or it could have fallen into a black hole. Sorry.
