Finish SVN migrations (Turbine-3, POI, JMeter, Cactus) Turbine-3 should go from CVS to the graveyard. No detour through SVN please. AFAIU (not totally sure) all projects need to migrated to CVS by the end of the year because CVS is meant to go away. If we want it to be still available we need
