The documentation is licensed under the Apache License 2.0 so you
already have the written permission to take it, modify and redistibute
it as long as you obey to the license terms.

Personally I'm not willing to endorse any translation to  any language  I
cannot read myself and thus cannot check whether it is accurate or not.
Also you'd need to get notified whenever we change anything, I don't
think this would scale.

The target audience of Gump likely isn't one of people who'd be unable
to read English language documentation anyway.

My personal vote would be to not link to any translation at all.
