Can anyone recommend a good USB 2.0 controller card for my AMD64-based
system? The one I currently have seems to work for only small amounts
of data, and I have heard that Via chipsets have this problem.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, =DI would like to hear from your some advice about buying a new GeForce NVidia! My old GeForce2 it's really bugging me, freezing my desktop sometimes, which gave me the error NVRM XID: 0008. =(
I don't see people complaining about this error at Nvidia forums with new boards, only GForce2 and

and it has zero sound emmission hence the name. on my box, glxgears
gives about 6300fps with it. it was around $110CDN

Hi,
I'm running a non-Gentoo 2.6.15 kernel with realtime support. I ran
into this problem with x11-drm:
make -C /usr/src/linux SUBDIRS=`pwd` DRMSRCDIR=`pwd` modules
make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/linux-2.6.15-rt2'
CC [M]
I have a new 7800GT and it runs perfectly.
Had to install the drivers manually (emerge kept breaking everything) but it is really really awesome.
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~ $ glxgears
57792 frames in 5.0 seconds = 11558.400 FPS
68485 frames in 5.0 seconds = 13697.000 FPS
68615 frames in 5.0 seconds

I took a quick look at Bugzilla but didn't see anything that
matched up. Does this work with the Gentoo kernel?
Builds fine here against suspend2-sources-2.6.15
Any other ideas?
Older versions of x11-drm did emerge correctly:

Hi Brett,
Normally, as said by transgaming support and in the FAQs for cedega,
you can have issues running games from a non ext/reiserfs partition.
I can tell you from my experience that most of the games fails to run
in cedega when running them from a fat32/ntfs volume.
What I do now is run
