It appears that the OSL had some kind of a power issue (which
unfortunately included having some issues with the generator). They are
still working on bringing machines back up, but anything thats tied to
the database server is not working (bugs/forums/etc). I have half of the
machines back up,

The mail server is not hosted by OSL. That server is somewhere in Italy, iirc.
I'm still receiving -dev mail just fine.

Actually, you're right.. robin (which handles the mailing lists) is in

I see the possibility to browse portage tree, turning different filters
on and off, as it's most important feature. I dont think that it should
contain any functions for updating, emerging or unmerging or syncing at
