& had been using Mandrake in the 1st, but they were slow with their release.

Seems like portage just ignores this setting and I cannot understand why.

dev-python/pymssql
It is up-to-date and has no bugs reported. It has also no revdeps,
and requires a live instance of MS SQL Server for testing.
