The recent installkernel changes seem to be raising more questions then
I initially anticipated. In principle the correct upgrade path is
already enforced by portage for both users of installkernel-gentoo and
users of installkernel-systemd. Therefore for most setups no manual
steps

A lot of Bazel bugs were just left to rot, even though they are invalid.

Hi,
net-misc/gerbera, acct-user/gerbera and acct-group/gerbera are up for
grabs due to lack of time from the proxied maintainer.
There are no open bugs, but the package is one major release behind.
