$BUILDDIR directly- especially since vapier just commited a rename of
that var.

Yes one more extention for mozilla ebuilds, and possible others. The
purpose behind the eclass is to allow us a way to install locales for
firefox/thunderbird/firefox-bin/thunderbird-bin without causing a major
headache.
