Hi all, I unbundled a couple of libs from emboss and thus we need a new installation scheme for the embassy package. For this purpose I rewrote the embassy eclass to handle now all emboss and embassy* packages. Please comment if you have objections for the tree commit http://git.overlays.gentoo
