The following package is looking for a dedicated maintainer:
dev-python/pipenv
It seems to be up-to-date (though upstream did not make a release since
late 2018). The ebuild author took a cheap excuse to restrict tests
instead of making them work, so there's that one thing to fix. It has
a huge
