[gentoo-dev] IBM License

Hi folks,

Over in #gentoo-dev we've been discussing the need for a new license
for OpenSMTPD (currently in my overlay [1]).

What do we call it, and should it be included, or is it already
covered by another license we have?

It's basically BSD-3, plus a patent immunity grant.

+1 from me too. It's a free software license, so we can add it to
@MISC-FREE.

Regarding the name, I suggest to call it IBM-base64.
