dev-db/xmysqladmin has no herd or maintainer, upstream hasn't made a release since 2001, and it has an open security bug [1]. It's already package.masked since about a year because of the security bug, so the removal is long overdue, and I will proceed with it in a month. An alternative, more powerful and modern GUI tool to administer MySQL databases is dev-db/mysql-administrator.
