Hi, mksh is a shell coming from mirbsd/miros.
I haven't touched the package for a while, but I was still listed as the maintainer. The upstream author is usually responsive. There are a few open bugs, mostly issues with tests. Right now I can't even get it to compile with FEATURES="test" (it hangs at one test forever). Feel free to take it if you're interested.
