Hi all, if you encounter bugs that are caused by the default-pie settings in the 17.0 profiles, please make them block the "default-pie" tracker (bug 642232). Thanks!!!
(Please make a best effort to doublecheck though that the problem really is PIE. The world rebuild found many build issues that are unrelated, e.g. gcc-6 or glibc-2.26 failures - and these probably make up 90% or more of the apparent "17.0 profile issues" ...)
