media-sound/gnump3d upstream did nice version bump from 2.9.9.9 to
2.9final, and the final version is in tree now as 2.9 like it should be.
so, I'm going to rename 2.9.7-r1 and 2.9.9.9 to something like 2.9_pre7
and 2.9_pre9.9 and they will show as downgrades for users, speak up now
