I think either Patrick or Tomáš could be a good asset for the council in my place. So we need to find a way how to distribute power and motivate people for the weak areas. We also should visualize the output to have it simple to spot (some tool for grumpy probably should do this). So basically my work would be forward good upgrade path and more mature tree as whole not only some parts.
