 you're confusing things.  the issue has nothing to do with transient delay of
 hitting the mirrors but me forgetting to upload it off my machine.

Mike you did this multiple times, that you just commit it off at the
time when you added it on pecker, which led to sources not being
fetchable.

So it was quite safe assumption that you did it again.
