Here are my patches drafting the first implementations of various parts of EAPI6, based on top of my cleaned up portage base (see the previous patch serie).
Unless I've missed something, it includes all Council-approved items
except for runtime USE, and additionally --docdir and --htmldir. Please
review, comment and possibly test.
