thanks guys for your response :) it was my gateway, for some reason or another it didnt work out the first time, i removed the eth0/ before my gateway address when the modules werent loading for some strange reason, i was tired and not thinking clearly :-p when you guys mentioned gateway i rememberd i changed it and it works :) thanks. now if only there was a quicker way to dl all these xfree files ;)
