Hi You could try adding some more mirrors with mirrorselect emerge -av app-portage/mirrorselect mirrorselect -i -o >> /etc/make.conf After that, you'd have to delete or comment the previous GENTOO_MIRRORS="..." in /etc/make.conf HTH Uwe
