[gentoo-user] Chromium user files

AFAIK, chromium uses ~/settings/chromium  There's a lot of stuff in there so I don't suspect any other directories.

I ask this because even against a BLANK config directory, the damn thing still emits crash dumps at a rate of hundreds a second, here is a sample... =\
