You should provide,

   * The last time you synced your portage tree.

   * The output from "emerge -pv1 ", where 
 is the package that's failing.

   * The output from "emerge --info".

   * If possible, a list of other packages that have the same problem.

   * The build log for one (or all, if possible) of the packages that
 failed.

and anything else you think could be useful. Your problem is probably related 
to an eclass change affecting multiple packages.
