If I re-emerge hotplug, for example, I get a big fat warning about hotplug's init.d script being dead and buried. When I look at my elog directory I don't see anything there, nor do I get an email about it. Am I doing something wrong? I get some ELOG messages but nothing very important. I also

Same problem here, but I've foun the messages in the log files in /var/log/portage/ instead, i was thinking my system was badly configured, but i'm 'pleased' to see that's not just me :)
