Write just "oo", then press TAB, you will see:
oocalc     oodraw     ooimpress  oomath     oopadmin   ootags     ooweb      
oowriter

There isn't "ooffice" but all its components are available one by one :)

IIRC .setup isn't necessary.
Openoffice was even linked into my KDE menu... I guess that's the same 
for Gnome.
