I recently noticed that "emerge --search" stopped working correctly. It now returns all sorts of packages that don't match the search sting: $ emerge --search wxpython | grep '^[^\t ]' [ Results for search key : wxpython ] Searching... * dev-lang/python * dev-python/bpython * dev-python/ipytho
