I'm running the latest ~x86 version (2.0.2) and it's working OK for
me. I'm only using MSN and GoogleTalk though.

I'm running 2.0.2 with no problems. Just remember to backup your .gaim
directory before updating to pidgin, so you can go back if something
doesn't work.
