There are many tools out there which let you find out to which ebuild
a file belongs or which files belong to a specific ebuild.

gentoolkit:
equery belongs assistant
equery list qt

portage-utils:
qfile assistant
qlist qt

udept:
dep -F assistant
dep -f qt

equery and eix are your friends here:
