I am using geoserver with tomcat 7, but not the same nightly build used
here.. It would be easy to debug, if we can get geoserver logs for reason

the filter api has changed in any way. Or perhaps there are multiple
copies of the servlet api around... something worth more investigation.
My bet would be there would be problems with tomcat 6.

Getting the following error when I try to access the geoserver admin page (
http://localhost:8080/geoserver).I have deployed the latest nightly build
war file in Tomcat 7 on
