The changes to WPS are minimal, the old extension/ogr has become
extension/ogr/ogr-wfs
and there is a new extension/ogr/ogr-wps that uses the same code as

Alternate suggestion is to split this up into a read interface and a write
interface (with the same method names) - and then use those as marker
interfaces.
