RESTConfig builds again, however the templates for the HTML output
format are all quite broken so please use JSON or XML for the time
being. If anything else turns up feel free to post a bug report at
http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS/

Not your fault, I haven't been keeping RESTConfig very up to date and we
have recently swapped out the configuration API for something nicer, but
apparently not 100% compatible with how RESTConfig does things. I will
