The functionality is already covered by tests; but we did not pick up on
the stack traces I guess.

Hi,
At least bin-zip starts on Windows with OpenJDK 11. Layer preview and
capabilities are normal.

I tested
Got an odd error when testing docker 2.24.1:
Loading the spearfish layer preview:

org.apache.catalina.loader.WebappClassLoaderBase.loadC
I tested the bin download locally; but did not hear back from anyone else.
I am going to go ahead with the publish step to allow the docker image to
be tested.
The blog post has also recieved a review; merging the PR now; and it should
show up as announced on Monday.
