 org.geoserver.wfs.v1_1.GetFeatureTest.testEncodeSrsDimension() Sets Cite Compliance mode, but then fails to unset it. This can lead to test failures in subsequent tests in GetFeatureTest depending on test execution order and whether schema resources are being loaded from jars or directly from the file system in a development environment.

Checked the build, I had this test fail on the windows laptop because it's
trying to read and write on the same file
(the framework makes it write on a temp file, but then tries to do an
atomic move of the temp file onto the original one while
the source input stream is still open).

Maybe the PR for the windows build might make this better, maybe not...
