Can anyone suggest a reliable hosting services for hosting Geoserver/PostGIS
WebGIS application ? We are looking at both shared as well as dedicated
server options.

I set the declared SRS to 900913, the same target SRS as I used in with
gdalwarp. Geoserver does not recognize it (UNKNOWN) however it is able to

view. Information needed:
- schema of the view
- name of the view
- column in the view that should be used as primary key
- in case of multi-column primary keys, index of first primary key part, and
