Dear List,
I posted my question already on the GeoWebCache-mailing list but there is not
much traffic on the mailing list (2 Posts in January) and I'm not sure if the
list is still used frequently. As I didn't get any response there I try it
here; sorry if this is seen as a double posting.
Ok, checked on Ubuntu 16.04 server "minimal VM":
*The service starts immediately after installing the package.
*The service restarts upon reboot.
*The geoserver test below runs on 12s upon reboot.
*I also looked at some package internals (init.d/systemd configuration,
ps -A ux, apparmor profile)
I am trying to print OSM as a basemap through GeoServer. I am not receiving any
errors, but no layer is being drawn. It is the only layer that I am trying to
print. Any help is appreciated.
Here is what I have in my yaml:
- !dnsMatch
host: tile.openstreetmap.org
And my call of the osm

Problem solved with "apt install haveged".
