Solution, just define the workspace: edit these 3 group layers and
changed the workspace from blank to sf, topp and tiger.
I Think this should be fixed in the official branch though

I tried QGIS but its not working, always it fails at the time to return

I can not find in GeoServer adminitration pages the section to customize
the capabilities of a WMTS service.
Im talking about ServiceIdentification and ServiceProvider
sections. I already did it with the rest of interfaces WMS, WCS, WFS
but coulnt find the procedure in Geoserver to do
