Are you on Windows 32 bit?
Assuming that you have bought an ECW license (otherwise you can't use ECW in
a server), I guess from your previous email that you already have configured
the GDAL_DRIVER_PATH environment variable right?
Could you list the directory referred by that path?

So I tested my GDAL with command line "gdalinfo --formats" and it appears
that neither ECW nor JPEG2000 are supported... However, I installed GDAL
with the ECW support! :s
