Hi folks,
I've been asked to upgrade our deployments of Geoserver due to the recently
discovered vulnerabilities. I would have been most content to enact the
workarounds wildly offered, but people above me in the pecking order
insisted.
I've set up a vanilla test box with JDK11 and Glassfish
Hi Folks,
Have been successfully using Geoserver for a number of years.
Have been doing preparatory work to upgrade to JDK17/Glassfish 6.x
Having noticed Geoserver 2.21.0 supports JDK17, downloaded this to try
on the new setup.
Geoserver 2.21.0 fails to deploy on a virgin JDK17/GF6.2.5 setup

they do not.
Short of deploying GeoServer on blx1 (which we want to avoid) what can be
done to resolve this?

to publish means that we
can neither publish nor preview a layer from the database. Using my super
user credentials (read/write to everything) it works.
Could you tell me what the minimum requirements for publishing and using an
Oracle layer are so that I can adequately set up permissions?

Is there a definitive list anywhere? (Would be jolly useful addition to
GeoServer Oracle Plugin documentation)

b. How's it done?
c. Any concrete examples available I can look at?

I've set up the Oracle Connector plugin and correctly configured it.
I have published two tables that have spatial fields in them.
When previewing the first layer, I just get a blank map
When previewing the second layer, I get a blank map with an error:

Dear Geoserver-users,
As someone new to Geoserver, I dont know if what I ask is a bug, a pebkac,

Ive published two GeoTIFFs to my Geoserver install (both on ESPG:27700) and
