testing Geoserver 2.17.0 the web administration app has become very slow.
With the first access to an administration part (e.g. Layers) I have to wait 15
seconds.
The following access is fast as in 2.16.2
Accessing this administration part from a different PC is fast too.

testing a upgrade from Geoserver 2.14.0 to Geoserver 2.15.1 with internal
geofence I made the following experience:
To show layers in a layer group in the wms capabilities document I had to add a
GeoFence Data Rule to allow
wms getCapabilities for anonymous users.
In 2.14 it was
forbidden.

I have hibernate-spatial-1.1.3.1.jar, hibernate-spatial-postgis-1.1.3.1.jar,
postgis-jdbc-1.3.3.jar and postgresql-8.4-702.jdbc3.jar in WEB-INF/lib/
