I tried with changing global setting in geoserver and changed the proxy url
like - https://mydomain:8080/geoserver/WorkspaceName or
https://mydomain:8080/geoserver/.
But still it is not working for https.

I kept *data_dir* folder other then geoserver's existing folder. I m
updating geoserver version from 2.14.0 to 2.15.0. Updated successfully the
version and used the same *data_dir*. Now, I can use already published
layers and services.

I updated the version and repeated same thing, still it is not allowing to
do the same.
Can we coclude that geoserver will not allow to publish same layer more than
10 times in a particular Workspace?
